Belgrade, October 23, 2025 – The RISE Local Forum, held at Europe House in Belgrade, brought together young social entrepreneurs, mentors, institutional representatives, and partner organizations to celebrate the achievements of the Regional Incubator for Social Entrepreneurs (RISE) program.
Organized by the RYCO Local Branch Office in Serbia, in partnership with Smart Kolektiv, Pulse Balkans and Pulse HQ, and the French Development Agency (AFD), and supported by the Embassy of France in Belgrade, the event served as a platform for sharing experiences, exploring new ideas, and strengthening cooperation among actors advancing youth-led social innovation in the Western Balkans.
Welcoming remarks from distinguished guests underscored the importance of youth empowerment, innovation, and regional collaboration.
The Belgrade Forum highlighted the power of partnerships between institutions, mentors, and young innovators in building a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable region — reaffirming partners’ commitment to supporting youth as drivers of social and economic change across the Western Balkans.
