Podgorica, September 25, 2025 – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), in cooperation with Pulse Balkans, IEC Tehnopolis, and partners, organized the RISE Local Forum in Podgorica. The event gathered representatives of institutions, civil society, the private sector, and young social entrepreneurs to discuss how social entrepreneurship can drive youth employment, community development, and regional cooperation.
The Forum featured opening remarks, inspiring presentations from RISE alumni, a panel discussion on “The Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Montenegro,” and an interactive workshop mapping key challenges and opportunities for young changemakers.
The Podgorica Forum was part of a broader regional initiative to strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and empower young people to become active agents of social and economic transformation across the Western Balkans.
