rishtina, October 28, 2025 – The Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), in partnership with the Balkan Green Foundation (BGF) and with the support of the French Development Agency (AFD), hosted the RISE Local Forum in Prishtina. The event brought together representatives from various institutions, international organizations, academia, the private sector, and young social entrepreneurs from across Kosovo.
The Forum offered a dynamic space for dialogue on how social entrepreneurship can advance sustainable development, youth employment, and regional cooperation in the Western Balkans. Through high-level addresses, interactive discussions, and inspiring testimonials from RISE alumni, participants explored the power of social enterprises as engines of innovation and social impact.
This Forum reaffirmed the potential of youth-led social entrepreneurship to foster cooperation, inclusion, and resilience — shaping a more sustainable and connected future for the Western Balkans.
